Our UPS and battery systems are backed by a standard factory warranty, so you know you’re getting the performance and reliability you need. The chart below details the startup and warranty coverage for your UPS, battery and power distribution equipment. (See the Eaton Limited Factory Warranty applicable to each product for additional details and limitations. * Warranty and bundled first-year service combines the Eaton UPS limited warranty and applicable Eaton Service Protection Plan (varies by model). See the specific warranty and service plan documentation for exclusions and limitations. Most Eaton warranties are 18 months from ship date or 1 year from startup (or purchase) date, whichever comes first (refer to the specific factory warranty).

1. The period covered in this warranty for product installed (and currently located) in the 50 United States and District of Columbia is 12 months from the date of product startup or 18 months from the date of product shipment, whichever occurs first, for parts coverage and 90 days from the date of product startup for labor coverage. The period covered by this warranty for product installed (and currently located) outside of the 50 United States and District of Columbia is 12 months from the date of product startup or 18 months from date of product shipment, whichever comes first, for parts coverage.

2. The period covered in this warranty for product installed (and currently located) in the 50 United States and District of Columbia is 12 months from the date of product startup or 18 months from the date of product shipment, whichever occurs first, for parts coverage and 6 months from the date of product purchase for labor coverage. If optional startup service is purchased, the labor coverage will be 1 year from the date of startup. The period covered by this warranty for product installed (and currently located) outside of the 50 United States and District of Columbia is 12 months from the date of product startup or 18 months from date of product shipment, whichever comes first, for parts coverage.

3. The period covered in this warranty for product installed (and currently located) in the 50 United States and District of Columbia is 24 months from the date of product startup or 30 months from the date of product shipment, whichever occurs first, for parts coverage and 90 days from the date of product startup for labor coverage. The period covered by this warranty for product installed (and currently located) outside of the 50 United States and District of Columbia is 24 months from the date of product startup or 30 months from date of product shipment, whichever comes first, for parts coverage.

4. The period covered in this warranty for product installed (and currently located) in the 50 United States and District of Columbia is 24 months from the date of product purchase or 30 months from the date of product shipment, whichever occurs first, for parts coverage and 90 days from the date of product startup for labor coverage. The period covered by this warranty for product installed (and currently located) outside of the 50 United States and District of Columbia is 24 months from the date of product purchase or 30 months from date of product shipment, whichever comes first, for parts coverage.

5. The period covered in this warranty for product is 18 months from the date of product shipment for parts and labor coverage.

6. The period covered in this warranty for product installed (and currently located) in the 50 United States and District of Columbia is 24 months from the date of product purchase or 30 months from the date of product shipment, whichever occurs first, for parts coverage and 90 days from the date of product purchase for labor coverage. The period covered by this warranty for product installed (and currently located) outside of the 50 United States and District of Columbia is 24 months from the date of product purchase or 30 months from date of product shipment, whichever comes first, for parts coverage.

7. The period covered in this warranty upon purchase of a startup service for product installed (and currently located) in the 50 United States and District of Columbia is 12 months from the date of product startup or 18 months from the date of product shipment, whichever occurs first, for parts and labor coverage. The period covered by this warranty upon purchase of a startup service for product installed (and currently located) outside of the 50 United States and District of Columbia is 12 months from the date of product startup or 18 months from date of product shipment, whichever comes first, for parts coverage. If no startup service is performed, then no warranty coverage exists.

8. The period covered in this warranty for product installed (and currently located) in the 50 United States and District of Columbia is 12 months from the date of product purchase or 18 months from the date of product shipment, whichever occurs first, for parts coverage and 90 days from the date of product purchase for labor coverage. The period covered by this warranty for product installed (and currently located) outside of the 50 United States and District of Columbia is 12 months from the date of product purchase or 18 months from date of product shipment, whichever comes first, for parts coverage.

9. PredictPulse remote monitoring service, where available, requires customer enrollment, connectivity parts and self-installation. Eaton 93PM, 9390, 9315, 9395 and 9395 High Performance models include PredictPulse, connectivity parts and installation by an Eaton Customer Service Engineer (or self-installation) at no charge upon enrollment during first year warranty. Eaton 9355, 9390IT, 93E and 9155 models include remote monitoring service only; parts and installation are excluded. Customers can receive a 90-day free trial by self-installing PredictPulse using the wizard installer tool and any needed connectivity parts.
